Vladimir Cupara between the posts soon!

The Serbian representative, Vladimir Cupara, will soon be among the goalposts again!
The 30-year-old goalkeeper of Dinamo Bucharest suffered a nasty knee injury in the EHF Champions League match against RK Eurofarm Pelister two weeks ago in a collision with the Macedonian champion’s right back Hosni, which forced him to leave the field.
Diagnoses, therapies, anticipation, guesses that it was an injury that could keep him out of the field until the end of the season, to finally establish that Cupara will soon be on the field:
- After 11 long days and waiting until the examination by doctor Guti in Barcelona, opinions were agreed with the doctor in Serbia and it was determined that the bone was injured and that, with God’s help, I avoided a serious injury and surgery. The anterior cruciate ligaments, meniscus and lateral ligaments are healthy. The bone is cracked, but I will be able to return to the field in the near future. I am grateful to God, friends and family for their support. It’s been a long 10 days. I am happy that I spent so much time training and taking care of my body, because it also had the effect of avoiding the worst possible injury for any athlete. This is an incentive for me to continue to take care of myself even more – said Cupara to Balkan-Handball.com after the examination in Barcelona.
