Portugal beat Spain to come close to 1/4 final


Portugal is now on the verge of qualifying for the quarter-finals at the 2025 World Handball Championship after a hard-fought match against Spain, which ended with a 35:29 victory for the Spanish team. Despite the loss, Portugal put up a strong fight, with standout performances from F. Costa, who scored 8 goals, and goalkeeper Marques, who made 12 crucial saves.
