Pick Szeged smash PSG Handball for the first TOP 8 after six years!

For the sixth time, Hungarian team PICK Szeged will play in the quarterfinals of the EHF Champions League!

An incredible evening was delivered by Mario Šoštarić, Lazar Kukić, and their teammates to their fans with a convincing 35:25 victory in Paris, which brought the team from southern Hungary into the TOP 8 phase of the EHF Champions League, where they will face Spanish club Barcelona.

The most efficient player in the winning team was Mario Šoštarić, the top scorer of the EHF Champions League, with seven goals, bringing his total to 114. Roland Mikler was also excellent in goal for Szeged.

In the first match, PICK Szeged won 31:30.

The last time PICK Szeged played in the quarterfinals was in the 2018/2019 season.
