HC Erlangen appointed Martin Schwalb – Sellin sacked!

Four defeats in a row at the start of the Daikin Bundesliga season was decisive for the destiny of a young coach Johannes Sellin in HC Erlangen.
Ambitious team decided for a change. The new coach is Martin Schwalb. Familiar face in German handball, iconic player and the coach with whom HSV Handball won Bundesliga in 2011 and EHF Champions League in 2013, coming to help Erlangen to get out of relegation zone.
HC Erlangen are currently the only team beside Potsdam with 0 points at the start of the season 2024/2025.
