The Polish vice-champions Orlen Wisla Plock won the third place in group after victory over SG Flensburg 31:29. Team of Manolo Cadenas overtook the best position at the end of EHF Champions League Preliminary Round from reigning champions who will have extremely tough job on their way to Cologne as fourth team in the group.
Ivan Nikcevic scored seven goals for the winning team, while Drasko Nenadic netted one less for the German outfit.
SG Flensburg’s coach Ljubomir Vranjes and his boys will face one of the three group winners – THW Kiel, MKB MVM Veszprem or Vive Tauron Kielce.
