Nikulenkau, Vukic and Razgor netted four goals for the Bebeshko’s team, who distributed minutes among all the players.
The new chapter of the club’s history wrote Serbian champions RK Vojvodina Novi Sad. Serbs beat Chekhovskie Medvedi 26:24 (12:13) for the first victory ever in the VELUX EHF Champions League! The main role had left wing Filip Marjanović who netted 11 goals from 12 shots.
Naturhouse La Rioja beat FC Porto 30:23 (10:12) after weak 30 minutes. Experienced right back Malmagro was the leader of turnover with eight goals.
