Celje Pivovarna Lasko have confirmed good form with another win over Izvidjac CO 42:33 (16:17) in SEHA Gazprom League. Although Bosnian champions have managed to take the first half it was not enough to bring down Slovenian powerhouse whose ‘run and gun’ style proved to be a bingo for the second half.
Hosts have managed to open the match well grabbing 3-goal lead in the first half but unfortunately for their fans it was as far as they could go with Celje leveling it up before the halftime and in the end crushing their opponents in the second half with amazingly high tempo.
Ziga Mlakar netted nine for winners, Gal Marguc added eight. On the other side, Ante Grbavac scored eight, while Josip Sarac netted seven.
Tatran Presov and RK Nexe Nasice played 29:29.
