Hungarian Handball Federation has announced that multi-purpose Arena in Budapest will be built according to previous plan.
The monumental venue for various events will be the host of the final weekend of the Men’s EHF EURO 2022.
“The biggest handball Arena in Europe” will be ready, is said in Hungarian Handball Federation Facebook post.
Arena will have 20.022 seats which makes all the new-records possible after Final of the Men’s EHF EURO 2012 in Belgrade and Men’s EHF EURO 2020 in Stockholm attracted about 20.000 fans.
Hungary together with Slovakia will organize the next EHF EURO event.
