Veselin Vujovic as a handball goalkeeper. One of the best players in the history of handball, now in charge in Slovenian national team as a coach, got a lot of sympathies all around the globe thanks to his way of protest on decision of Lithuanian referees who gave a chance to Germany to score equalizer in the last second of the clash with Slovenia 25:25 and avoid defeat.

Vujovic showed his protest also afterwards in front of journalists.

• Idiots lead handball, why then I can’t be a goalkeeper?

Slovenia will have a chance to take a point to the Main Round if they don’t lose against Montenegro in the Round 3 on Wednesday.

Slovenian protest is rejected by EHF.
