HCM Constanta were almost 15 years unbeatable team in Romania, but even after team from Black Sea ended handball life, their successor Dobrogea Sud making jealous teams from Bucharest and other Romanian cities. The current leaders of Romanian Championship, Dobrugea Sud, are newcomers who played in Second league last season, but highly ambitious with Serbian coach Djordje Cirkovic and eight Balkan guys in roster.
Dobrugea Sud beat Steaua Bucharest 28:23 in the last match and stayed at TOP position ahead of reigning champions and EHF CL team – Dinamo Bucharest.
