Vujovic and Cervar dismiss gossips about Croatian bench!

The two biggest wishes of the Croatian sports community for overtaking the position of the handball NT coach, Veselin Vujovic and Lino Cervar, denied their intention to accept that adventure. RK PPD Zagreb coach Veselin Vujovic said to Balkan-Handball.com that he will stay on Slovenian bench:

• There are no chances to seat on Croatian bench despite huge interest of majority of handball population and some people from my club. I have contract with Slovenia on two years, and on Friday chairman Bobinac and vice-president Kozole will come to Zagreb to offer me contract until Tokyio 2020. Those guys gave me a chance to overtake their NT, and full support after debacle in Poland at EHF EURO 2016. I respect those kind of things – said Vujovic.

Macedonian NT coach and RK Metalurg leader, Lino Cervar, also, denied some media rumours about his come-back on the bench of the NT with whom he won Olympic and World’s gold in 2004 and 2003.

-There are always some stories linked with my come-back to Croatia, but I am focused on my work with Macedonia and RK Metalurg – concluded Cervar.
