Four matches in SEHA GAZPROM League middle-week round ended with win of favorites. Three national derby matches have been played in last two days, and the most interesting has been seen in Skopje, were RK Vardar beat RK Metalurg 26:25. The tight match has been seen also in Velenje, where Slovenian “older brother”, reigning champions, RK Celje Pivovarna Lasko won points – 27:26 (16:13) with Blaz Janc in the main role with six goals, one less than Alem Toskic, who scored seven for domestic RK Gorenje.
PPD Zagreb beat the biggest rival on the national level, RK Gorenje 28:22 (12:9). Horvat and Vori scored five goals each for the winners, while veteran Zrnic had the some score for defeated team.
The easiest job had Meshkov Brest against Bosnian champions RK Izvidjac 40:29.
