MVM Veszprem left back Momir Ilić writes a new chapter of handball history at VELUX EHF Champions League. The 35-years old Serbian shooter scored nine goals in decisive match for placement at VELUX EHF FINAL4 in Cologne, against RK Vardar 30:30, and past 100 goals in the European elite handball competition for the third time in a row.
Ilić, who won the “Golden ball” last two season in Cologne with 103 and 114 goals, is the only player who scored 100 and more goals per season three times in a row.
