Orlen Wisla Plock saved the honour in the last three minutes of the home match against RK Vardar Skopje 30:30 (16:14), but it looks that Macedonians have clear chance to routinely secure EHF CL TOP 8 place in front of home fans next week. Marko Tarabochia, Wisla’s playmaker netted equalizier in the last second of the match, at the end of 4:0 series in the last three minutes of the clash.
Vardar missed 30:26 after great performance of Arpad Šterbik and his team-mates in the second half, when they made a crucial turnover. However, they stayed without a win, but with nice situation before the second match.
