EHF CL 2015/2016 opening match: Dream start for IFK Kristianstad

The Swedish TOP team IFK Kristianstad began the EHF Champions League season extremely good with convincing home triumph over the Danish champions KIF Kolding Kobenhavn 33:26 (16:10). The team led by Swedish NT head-coach Ola Lindgren showed domination in all aspects of handball game fired up with 5.000 enthusiastic home fans in one of the most beautiful arenas in Europe.

The biggest hero in the winning squad was Norwegian Kristijan Bjorsen, who netted nine goals alongside O Sullivan with 7, Tollbring and Jamali with 5 each. For the visitors, Russian right back Konstantin Igropulo proved the title of the biggest summer signing with six goals.
