The legendary Spanish goalkeeper Javier Jose Hombrados set the new record in number of the matches in Spanish ASOBAL. The 43 years-old member of BM Guadalajara has played his 607th match in the domestic Championship last weekend against BM Ademar Leon. The match is ended 25:25, but moreover, amazing record of the former BM Ciudad Real and HSG Wetzlar goalie was in minds of all people in the hall.
Hombrados won four EHF Champions League trophies. The first one with Teka Cantabria in 1994, and three others with amazing team from La Mancha, BM Ciudad Real.
